- 1 package instant ramen
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

- 1 or 2 eggs
- 1 or 2 teaspoons furikake or everything bagel seasoning
- Chopped scallions
- Cooked vegetables (optional)
Cook the noodles according to the package directions in a saucepan without the spice. (If you like, you can use the seasoning in another meal.) Drain the water and set it aside.
1 tablespoon butter, melted in a medium skillet over medium heat. Cook for 30 seconds after adding the garlic.
Combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes in a mixing bowl. Stir constantly until the brown sugar has dissolved and the mixture has thickened.
